Job Description
Based near St.Neots, Cambridgeshire.
You will be working for an international company working in a multilingual team of 30 receiving incoming calls, processing orders, dealing with quieries and promoting the company at 3 exhibitions in Germany a year.
To do this, you will have to be fluent in German and English, have atleast 6 months office based customer service experience, IT literate and able to do Excel Spreadsheets, be a real team player with excellent communication skills.
