Corinium Language Associates are a Language Services Company, who specialize in multilingual vacancies in all industry sectors and based all over the UK.
Our client is a manufacturing company in an attractive part of rural South East Wales. Currently they are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their existing international team. This is a permanent position.
The role is to support the Sales Administration Manager and an Account Manager. Responsibilities include co-ordinating sales enquiries, quotes and orders, and assisting in translation of tender documents and general translation where required between internal and external customers. There might be some travel to customer sites to provide language support to engineers travelling from Wales. You will also be expected to cover for other team members as required.
The ideal candidate will be methodical, honest, motivated, flexible and reliable. They will have the following skills and attributes:
§ Fluent French and English, both written and spoken are essential. Fluent German would be an advantage.
§ Good computer skills, preferably with some experience of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
§ Excellent written and spoken communication skills
§ Strong interpersonal skills
Due to the location of the company, it is highly desirable that you have your own transport.
