Our client are offering a possible relocation package for the right candidate.
As part of my client’s ongoing growth plans, 2008 sees the addition of Bulgarian speaking customer service representatives to join their team and work from their office based in London.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with customer enquiries via email, phone, live chat in an efficient and pleasant manner.
- Managing player accounts (passwords, cash transfers, account privileges)
- Informing players about current promotions
- Assisting players with connection issues
- Informing players about games and game rules
- Responding to player concerns about site integrity
- Translate documents and templates from English to Bulgarian
- Respond to customer requests and enquiries in English and Bulgarian
Requirements
- Fluent oral and written in Bulgarian and English.
- Ability to work in a high-volume work environment
- Experience of working in a call centre/customer focused environment
- Ability to work as part of a team (but take individual ownership and responsibility)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a calm manner and an ability to handle difficult situations
- A high level of computer literacy
- Professional, friendly and courteous telephone manner
- Betting and related industry knowledge and experience would be advantageous however not essential
