FRENCH BILINGUAL PA TO MARKETING DIRECTOR - MATERNITY COVER

We are looking for an experienced bilingual PA with fluency in French and English who can successfully blend traditional PA duties with marketing administration tasks. There will be frequent liaison with French marketing colleagues, so your French must be top notch. This role will cover maternity leave and will last for a duration of 6 - 12 months. To start asap, based South West London.

Duties will include:
- Organisation and administration of meetings
- Recruitment of stagiaires - organize accommodation, flights, training liaison with HR to establish contract
- Departmental travel and hotel bookings, expenses
- Integration + set up of induction for marketing staff + marketing trainees every 6 months
- Preview magazines
- Document control
- Translations from English to French and French to English
- Departmental holiday/sickness tracking
- Photocopying / faxing / binding of docs
- Typing for Marketing Director and team as required
- Coordination of information for Management reports, budget planning, performance marketing, marketing plans
- Liaison with France (meeting organisation/travel)
- Participating in events/trade shows

Applicants must:
- Have fluency in French and English
- Good MS Office skills
- Polished and professional demeanour
- Able to use initiative
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be dynamic, used to working to deadlines
- Work well within a team
- Have experience in a busy PA position
- Ideally based in South West London

Salary c £24,000 pro rata
