Based in Luton, Bedfordshire.
You will be working for a global company in a translation environment supervising 6 project managers who in turn are handling 15 accounts. You will be attending customer meetings, managing the teams (appraisals and incentrives, etc) making strategic decisions and creative thinking to improve proceses, resolving issues, and making sure that the customers expectations are met within the allocated timescales.
To do this you will have to be of degree calibre, have experience in localisation and managing a team, first class organisational and analytical skills anfd be positive, proactive and solution oriented in your approach!
