The Role

Specialist International defendant claims organisation require a German speaking claims handler to be based out of their office in Manchester, UK. The role will be to manage a caseload of claims where Legal Expenses cover is in force. Duties to include handling the claims from notification through to settlement, liaising with German insurers (first and third party) and handling the Legal Expenses process including the translation of documents from German into English and responding to correspondence in German.

The Candidate

The two pre-requisites for this role are that applications will only be accepted from individuals who are fluent in the German language both written and spoken coupled with a knowledge / experience of Legal Expenses Claims / Insurance. The extent of the Legal Expenses experience / knowledge does not have to be in depth provided the understanding and basic competencies are evident.
