Excellent organisational skills are key to this strategic role. Working closely with the Departmental Manager, you will be researching, designing and implementing both in-house and external training programmes. You will have experience of project management, relate to people at all levels and facilitate learning of new systems. An accomplished PC user you will be able to manage and motivate others in a professional manner and ideally be qualified to deliver the Microsoft suite.
JOB PURPOSE:
The prime purpose of this job role is to create & implement development needs to drive strategy & achievement of planned growth and profitability for the EMEA Region through increasing knowledge, skills and capability of the EMEA employees.
Daily Responsibilities:
1.Research, design, deliver & evaluate training that is aligned to the needs and strategies of the business.
2.Responsible for ensuring all training material is kept current and up to date.
3.Responsible for creating a safe learning environment for all involved.
4.Provide a first class customer service level to all internal and external customers.
5.Initiate a pro-active, flexible & systematic approach to training needs analysis.
6.Communicate to the Organisational Development Manager key activities, trends, concerns and recommendations in order to provide organisational information to assist in planning activities.
7.Pro-actively promote the OD function and work as true business partners with our internal customers.
8.Additional projects or duties as required by your manager.
The Person:
Comprehensive understanding of the process of facilitation, the learning cycle; learning styles, multiple intelligences, and the training cycle.
An additional European Language is required
