A Graduate Conference Producer is required within the Energy Events Team to originate, design and produce high-level conferences on energy related topics.

Tasks
•Conduct detailed in-depth research for energy related conferences. This research to comprise telephone, internet and journal-based research as well as face-to-face meetings with senior executives, both in the UK and internationally.
•Create and write detailed technical and commercial conference programmes
•Research and invite senior-level high-profile industry figures to speak
•Produce brochure copy
•Write well-researched detailed marketing and sponsorship briefs to enable the conference to be marketed broadly to an international audience
•Research key sponsorship leads and work with the sponsorship team to secure sponsorship and exhibition revenue for the conference
•Work closely with members of the marketing, sponsorship and logistics teams to ensure the conference is a commercial success
•Manage the conference on the day
•Effective communication and networking with speakers and delegates at the conferences focusing on further research for future events, topic generation and building relationships for the future development of the business
