Trilingual Customer Assistance Consultant
Located in Newcastle, North East England
Languages: Fluent in either German & French or German & Italian + English
Salary: £16,000 per annum + great company benefits
Hours of Work: 37.5hrs p/wk (Monday-Friday 8am-7pm)

Our client has the ideal position for you to gain valuable experience within their multi-lingual/cultural customer care centre. They have the opportunity for you to use your language skills, expand and build on your customer service experience by maintaining relationships between the customer & company.
Communication from customers will be made either by phone, fax or letter correspondence. You will be responsible for creating customer records, logging all information on computer system and taking ownership of any issues raised by the customer and continue to follow up until resolved.
Candidates are required to have a pro-active working attitude whilst being open-minded, flexible and approachable. Have the ability to be a Team player or to work on your own initiative as and when required. Provide excellent customer service in a professional, polite and clear manner.
