THE COMPANY

An international bank in the centre of London. This bank is operating on a global level and has branches around the world.

THE ROLE

This role is to perfect and ensure the validity of charged securities to protect the Bank's interest.

Your main responsibilities:


- Prepare and complete all necessary security documentation for drawdowns and releases.
- Check and verify signatures on relevant security documents.
- Prepare Pre-Drawdown checklist; Prepare Progress sheets, Summary sheets and maintain Security ledger sheets
- Check that security documents are received from solicitors and that they are accurate and complete within a reasonable time upon drawdown.
- Report on the progress of security completion and overdue/irregular items.
- Place all security documents in the Bank's safe
- Check all outstanding indebtedness are fully settled prior to release of security.
- Request for Companies House search where necessary.

THE PERSON

- You must have a UK Law degree
- Speak fluent Mandarin
- Ideally have knowledge of the Consumer Credit Act
