Junior Recruitment Consultant

During this period we have been providing excellence in language recruitment to the European employment market place across the board, from Customer Service and Back Office Staff to senior level management professionals.

To build on our phenomenal success and growth, we are currently looking to numerous Junior Recruitment Consultants for our offices based in North London, you will be working with a highly successful team, specialised in the recruitment of language professionals throughout the UK.

Working using the most optimal processes and infrastructure, your role will be to proactively develop and new business opportunities by identifying and developing relationships with existing and prospective key accounts consisting of some of the most prestigious companies in Europe.

Using the best practices, comprehensive marketing support and with the aid of the one of the largest databases of multilingual candidates you will be responsible for delivery of the most suitable and qualified candidates for your client’s requirements.

The successful candidate will be career driven and hard working individual with 6 to 12 months demonstrated successful track record in sales. Recent graduates with 2.1 or 1st qualifications in a business related degree who are hungry for success will also be considered. The ability to speak a second European language, particularly French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish is an advantage but not essential.

The basic salary for this position is negotiable up to £22k depending on experience along uncapped commission structure designed to reward overachievers. We also have numerous regular monthly and quarterly incentives based on individual and team performance
