To build on our phenomenal success and growth, we are currently looking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Team Leader for our offices based in North London, you will be working and leading in a highly successful team, specialised in the recruitment of language professionals throughout the UK.

Working using the best processes and infrastructure, your role will be to proactively develop and new business opportunities by identifying and developing relationships with existing and prospective key accounts consisting of some of the most prestigious companies in Europe.

Using the most optimal practices, comprehensive marketing support and with the aid of the one of the largest databases of multilingual candidates you will be responsible for delivery of the most suitable and qualified candidates for your client’s requirements.

This position is a senior recruitment position managing, motivating and training a desk of four recruitment consultants.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 solid years recruitment experience with a demonstrated track record of consistently billing over 12k per month. Previous management experience is highly desirable however we will consider superstar consultants looking to make the step up to management. The ability to speak a second European language from French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish is an advantage but not essential.

The basic salary for this position is negotiable up to £35k depending on experience along uncapped commission structure designed to reward overachievers. We also have numerous regular monthly and quarterly incentives based on individual and team performance
