Created by recruitment experts and proven successful entrepreneurs; Ezra Chapman and Richard Blackburn – responsible for elevating, their previous venture to the 17th fastest growing Company in the UK (Sunday Times Fast track 100). Using an already proven aggressive growth strategy the Founder Directors plan to elevate this business beyond the success of their previous venture.

ChapmanBlack offices are centrally located in Mayfair and are easily accessible from Green Park and Bond Street tube station.

Training

ChapmanBlack offers training to all levels of consultants with client meeting support directly from the founding director through to an in-house management training scheme.

The Candidate

ChapmanBlack currently require a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join an existing team. With our position in the market and sheer volume of work that is achievable, we are in position to bring on proven achievers as well as individuals that are keen to prove themselves within a growing market.

Candidates must be able to:

• Business develop in UK and Europe
• Be able to work to set targets. Ideally you will be a £250K + biller in a previous role
• Manage and mentor junior members of the team

Candidates do not necessary need to come from a Management Consultancy recruitment background but do need the following skills:

• Executive search
• Negotiation
• Networking ability
• Articulate individual
• Confidence

ChapmanBlack also have open vacancies within their Graduate Trainee Scheme, and would like to hear from individuals who are degree educated, fluent in English and have a 2nd European language (preferably German, Dutch or French).

As a trainee recruitment Consultant you will be provided with an intense training and development program, enabling you to secure your success as a 1st class recruiter in one of our fast growing European sales team. You will utilize your language skills, develop relationships with Clients from your respective market and work in a fast paced and dynamic sales environment.
