We are looking for confident and motivated team players with French, or German, or ITalian, or Dutch to service in-bound telephone calls from our clients Head Office in Manchester.

These are full-time opportunities 37 ½ hours per week.

First class communication, influencing and customer service skills are a pre-requisite; previous experience in travel is advantageous.

Main Responsibilities:

Liaising with customers on a daily basis, dealing effectively with any queries, taking sales orders over the phone and advising them of delivery dates.
Working in support of the designated sales people
Updating them frequently on the status of their accounts
Providing information as and when requested.
Covering for other Customer Service colleagues as needed.

Using a bespoke reservation system, your primary responsibility will be handling incoming calls from our new and established customers to help them fulfil, their travel requirements by identifying their needs, promoting insurances, etc.

Essential & Desirable Skills

Essential: French, or German, Or Italian, Or Dutch, Fluency to native level
Essential: English Fluency
Essential : Basic keyboard skills
Essential : Clear telephone manner
Essential : Attention to detail
Essential : Written ability to enter notes on system clearly and concisely
Essential : Self motivation
Essential : Ability to work on own initiative
Essential : High standard of customer service, Retail or Call Centre, Hotel & Leisure, etc
Desirable : Sales experience
Desirable : Travel background Ideal NOT Essential
Essential : Excellent English Spoken & Written!!!!

£££ Salary £££

£13,000 + Commissions (Average £30,000)
