Fluent Italian Speaking Communications Analyst
My Client is a is a next generation award winning mobile phone services-company . They are looking for a Quality Analyst/linguist with analytical skills to join their team. The key responsibility of the role is to take responsibility for the development and maturity of the language model ensuring quality is the primary focus. In other words, a language expert with a flair for analysis. You will be required to achieve quality standard Italian dialect and will also suite translators/ editors/web editors all who have experience in the local language mentioned above. You will manage the development of the language, including producing specific and tailored training material and overseeing a scoring team whose role it is to score converted messages. The key responsibilities of this role are:
1.Govern product management activity throughout the world for the product line; be the expert and main point of contact for the relevant language from a quality perspective.
2.Manage the scoring team and ensure targets are met.
3.Review the dictionaries for the language and create a leading language dictionary.
4.Understand at a granular level the language quality issues and error trends.
5.Create and manage a language dashboard.
6.Present language updates and developments to the business.
7.Create corrective action plans for any quality issues.
8.Produce language reports, covering quality % with actions and issues.
9.Understand root causes for language quality issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
10.Understand and build into the language model local variances and native phrases to the language model.
11.Put in place processes and procedures to deliver the highest possible quality.
12.Recommend any necessary amendments to the training team to close knowledge gaps.
13.Ensure that the products and features of systems are designed with quality in mind.
14.Analyse scoring reports to understand frequent errors.
The successful candidate must ideally have the following qualifications and experience: Degree qualification, Language experience - analysis / training / teaching. Must be expert in the ideosyncracies of the required dialect. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Must be confident, self-assured, proactive and willing to take ownership of various Projects. Excellent communications skills - verbal, written and presentation
