Telemarketing and Customer Service Executives Urgently Required!
Based in Twickenham
£16,000 - £20,000 pa + bonuses and benefits package.
Our client, an outsource contact centre, is urgently recruiting Telemarketing and Customer Service Executives to join their rapidly expanding team.
Telemarketing Executive.
As a telemarketing executive you will be working on behalf on one of the world\'s largest and most prestigious car manufacturers. Your role will be to make outbound telemarketing calls to SMEs to book appointments for Field Sales Executives to discuss fleet car requirements.
At least 1 years experience of Business to Business Telemarketing is essential for anyone interested in this role. An interest in Cars would also be of benefit.
Customer Service Executive - German, Spanish and Dutch Speaking Roles Available!
As a customer service executive you will be working on behalf of one of the World\'s leading Motocycle Owners Club. You will be dealing with a range of customer service calls from membership renewals to complaints.
Applicants must be able to speak either:
Fluent English AND Dutch with a working knowledge of French or Spanish or German
Fluent German AND Spanish with a working knowledge of English.
At least a years previous Customer Service Experience is essential for this role.
