Our client is a well established international company and is currently looking for talented bilingual Customer Services professionals fluent in Dutch, German, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish, or Swedish, in addition to English, to join their International Team based in London.

The role is to provide support services to clients in both the UK and worldwide via the telephone and email. The environment is forward-thinking and fast paced with a culture that prides itself on providing outstanding level of service to clients.

Working hours vary from morning shifts, night shifts and weekends. However, candidates MUST show flexibility and be able to work in all the different shift patterns.

Your communications skills are essential for this role; your written and spoken English have to be to a native standard. In addition to your English, you have to be fluent in one of the following languages: Dutch, German, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish, or Swedish.

This is a telephone based role and excellent telephone manner is required. Candidates with no telephone based experience but with excellent communication skills and positive attitude will also be considered for the position.

The company offers a starting salary of £19,500 per annum along with an excellent package. The salary will be increased to £21,000 after 12 months, and it is reviewed and increased twice a year depending on individual performance.
