Job Description
My client a pre-eminent global background screening company is currently looking for an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of key clients and maintain a profitable, long term business relationship ensuring services provided meet and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
Client
• Manage key client portfolio
• Ensure that clients receive the highest level of service
• Monitor service levels for clients
• Suggest new initiatives to enhance clients overall experience
• Present new products & services as and when appropriate
• Attend and participate in weekly client service and operational meetings
• Audit all clients\' revenue and screening volumes, ensure existing levels are maintained and that growth is achieved.
Management
• Assist in collating and preparing management information reports as required
• Monitor overall progress of screens within your portfolio (SLA) in order to pre-empt any issues that may affect the quality or timeliness of the service
Experience / qualifications:
Essential
• A minimum of 24 months in a client facing role
• Previous account management experience
Preferred
• Experience of Human Resources functions
• A well organized self starter, with initiative and the ability to operate independent as well as part of a team
