Marcus Evans professional training is a leading provider of pan-European public training courses and In-Company training solutions with a portfolio of over 40 Management, Leadership, Personal Development, Project Management, Sales, Marketing & Supply Chain courses and tailored to specific industries and roles/regions.

Following the successful launch of our Russian-language training courses into the Russian-speaking market we are looking for a Russian-speaking Marketing Manager to help us build on this initial success.

The Role

This is a busy and challenging role for a qualified graduate, ideally with 1 or 2 year’s marketing related work experience, preferably with a business to business publishing/media event organiser background and experience of creating marketing campaigns, though ongoing training will be provided.

Marketing or business related degree a distinct advantage, as is availability to start at short notice.

Working within a commercially driven Division you will learn how to create and manage complex direct marketing campaigns to attract delegates to our B2B training events. Initially your focus will be to support the recent successful launch of our training courses onto the Russian-speaking market and working closely with the product manager and European Marketing Manager, you will establish a strategy to facilitate ongoing growth in this market.

Your success will be measured primarily by the levels of business you generate from these campaigns. Campaigns will primarily involve internet and email campaigns, building data and developing effective media partnerships

Excellent written and spoken English and good business sense is essential and excellent written and spoken Russian is an absolute pre-requisite. We are also planning to launch into the German-speaking market and consequently, fluent German would be a distinct advantage.

For this role the successful applicant will need to be tenacious with a will to make things happen and a positive can-do attitude.

Salary £18k start with OTE £30k
