Job Description
Our client is a leading high-tech and information technology service provider working with clients on a global basis. Working with companies in Education, Government, Defence, Engineering, Construction and Transport sectors, they provide critical business intelligence to allow clients to make better business decision.
They are currently looking to recruit for an Italian or German Sales Administrator to work in a busy and fast moving department. Duties will include:
- Process orders and quotations efficiently and professionally (in Italian or German)
- Maintaining accurate records on their database of all transactions that are being processed
- Customer service making existing clients aware of order status' and futher packages that are available
- Creating and filing purchase orders
Ideally the prospective candidate will have had previous office administration experience utilising their language skills. Italian is preferred but German will also be considered. With strong IT skills, you will be an effective communication both internally and externally.
This is temporary project for up to 3 months with the possibilty for extensions. Based in Bracknell (Berkshire), this role is commutable from locations such as Reading, Ascot, Wokingham, Slough, Maidenhead, Basingstoke and Camberley.
