Swedish spkg Customer Service Representative
Location: Sunbury
Salary: £18K

Our client is one of the biggest companies and their products are recognized worldwide. Their European Customer Service/Distribution Centre in the Sunbury area offers a friendly, professional team environment. You will be dealing with business clients across the European and English markets.

Among duties:
Front line communicator processing inbound and outbound orders, enquiries, complaints and information through multiple methods of communication
Ensure adequate preparation to effectively manage of the customer relationship - to include sales order processing, enquiries, complaints.

Personal Characteristics Required:
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
•Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritise and adapt to change.
•Must be fluent in Swedish and English
•Experience in a direct customer service role or Telesales role
