Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and proactive professional to serve as Account Management Executive for our expanding Account Management Team.
Tasks will include:
Support of the Account Management team in the day to day management of relationships with partners throughout Europe.
Implementation and maintenance of complex Sponsored Links implementations.
Reporting implementation of new accounts. Coordination of efforts with engineering and content team as required.
The successful candidate will receive invaluable practical training in sales and account management.
Position responsibilities include:
Assist and backup Account Management Team by coordinating administrative tasks and taking action on issues with input of Account Managers.
Working closely with engineering, content and account management teams to shepherd through new partner set up as well as ongoing partner technical issue resolution.
Monitor and manage multiple campaigns by tracking the daily traffic while taking into account budget and contract considerations.
Working closely with the TripAdvisor Accounting Department to resolve billing issues with clients. Keep track of Insertion Orders and assist Account Managers with renewals.
Be a Super-User of all the tools used by the Account Management Team.
Hiring requirements
Advanced understanding of traffic tracking and optimization required. Media agency background desirable.
Much of the daily work in this position revolves around identifying problems/opportunities and then seeing the issue through to resolution. The right candidate will approach management with both an issue and a suggested solution.
Great interpersonal skills are required. The successful candidate will be communicating daily with key TripAdvisor sales and operations teams, partners and senior staff.
Good business judgment, as well as emotional and professional maturity required.
Fluency in German or Spanish required.
Demonstrable ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Excellent communication skills, face-to-face and over the telephone. Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
