£16,000, plus Shift Allowance and benefits package (Annual Bonus, Pension etc)
Position Description
This is a dynamic Customer Service Role, working in a busy team environment. You will be required to accurately log incoming customer requests for service and manage each request (Ticket) ‘end to end’ within the customers SLA, using either telephone, email or internal communications. An element of First Line problem solving will be required for some customers. Full training and job coaching for this new role will be provided with the possibility of career development for the successful individual. Mandatory requirements: -
Ability to work on a rotating shift pattern 24x7x365
Fluent in French and English, both oral and written. (Any other additional European language would be advantageous in particular Spanish).
Working knowledge of current Windows applications.
Excellent customer service skills and able to work in a dynamic team environment
Some problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Ability to work in a multitask fast paced environment
Desirable requirements
A basic understanding of voice communication and networking technology (TCP/IP and other network protocols).
Prior work experience in a customer support, technical support role or Helpdesk.
