This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with proven customer service background or a real love for proving five star customer service to come on board to represent and be the face of this leading British Fashion retail brand.
The role is a 100% pure customer service / reception role where you will focus on delivering top tier service to all guests coming in and out of the office of 900 people.
You will join a team of 5 receptionist and work together to ensure the smooth running of the reception area. You will ensure that all guests are greetedprofessionally and with a warm welcome and make sure that they are comfortable and that any needs or queries they may have are facilitated and answered.
You will not be required to answer the phones as there is a separate switch board which takes care of this area and therefore you will really focus of the delivery of excellent customer service and care.
