Job Title: Graduate Trainee
Skills: Fluency in Mandarin, Russian or Portuguese, Business Graduate min 2.1, work experience in a Finance company

It is one of the UK’s leading Commodities, Financial Futures and Options Brokers based in central London.


THE ROLE

The graduate training programme lasts for a period of approximately 6 months and to give the candidate a complete overview of the company’s business. After completion you will transfer into a particular focus area. During the initial training period the graduates are required to complete the Securities and Investment Institutes Certificate in Investments (Derivatives) which is necessary in order to become registered by the FSA.


THE PERSON

You must be fluent in either in Portuguese, Mandarin or Russian
Have a Business associated degree (2.1) or equivalent
Demonstrates an interest in financial services industry (through an internship or previous work experience)
Able to use own initiative
Good communication skills
Problem solving skills
Able to work as part of a team
You must be articulate and confident
Literate with all Microsoft office packages
It would be desirable if you have a technical analysis experience but is not essential.
