The Cyntergy Service Desk offers bespoke IT Support to hospitality, retail and leisure customers in the UK & Europe, provided by a team of Analysts and Account Specialists with operational and systems knowledge drawn from these sectors.
The role:
Due to recent internal promotions and new contracts, we are looking for a German Speaker to help to support a key client in the High Street Retail sector with EPOS, PMS and related systems enquiries.
You will be the first point of contact within a busy European support department, supporting customers in the UK and Germany. Your primary duties will be to log and manage calls, by solving or escalating these queries for completion.
Key Skills:
Ideally coming from a customers services or retail background, where you have worked with EPOS/Till or PMS/Reservations systems; you will have a confident and clear telephone manner in both English and German and proven customer service skills in a pressurised environment.
You need to have very high standards and be a self motivated team player who is an excellent problem solver and who enjoys process and analysis, as well as showing great attention to detail.
Training and Development:
Analysts will receive extensive system training and support relevant to your Clients.
Working Hours:
Rotating straight shifts, between 6am and 11pm.
