As part of our busy customer service team and the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for offering excellent customer service at all times with key responsibilities including answering inbound telephone calls in order to take customer’s orders and resolve any queries they may have.

Candidates will have previous customer service experience, a real desire to deliver high standards and be willing to go the extra mile for our customers. An excellent standard of written and spoken German and English is essential along with good IT skills.

We currently have positions available on the following shift patterns:-

- 10am to 7pm, Monday to Friday (including 1 in 5 Saturdays);

- 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday; and

- 7am to 11am, Tuesday to Friday + 8am to 5pm Saturday
