Job Description
Gartner is a global IT research and advisory company. Join our team of Client Service Representatives dedicated to providing exceptional service to our existing blue chip clients across EMEA.
Clients have signed up for Gartner’s research subscriptions and will want to contact us with questions on the research material. Prioritise and manage your client requests, take time to understand your client’s query and ensure you find them the right solution through matching with the appropriate Gartner resources (e.g. additional research, analysis, statistical information, calls with Gartner Analysts, Events information, etc).
It is essential that you are interested in and keen to develop your understanding of the IT sector. You will be talking with clients about market trends, current and upcoming core technologies. Client interactions will take place over the phone and email.
• CSR’s need to demonstrate previous success in customer orientated roles, to deal professionally and confidently with senior level and demanding clients.
• CSR’s need an affinity for technology, relevant academic studies can suffice but any IT industry experience a plus.
• CSR’s will be organised, conscientious and enjoy working in a team environment.
• Fluency in English plus an additional European language will be required.
Basic salary + annual bonus + benefits (to include private healthcare, pension, holiday, etc).
This is our European HQ with 500 employees based from this office. We have a subsidised restaurant and coffee shop and boast an international, high achieving environment.
Located on the London/Surrey border, off Junction 13 of the M25 with excellent railway links. We have free parking or can be accessed via a free shuttle bus from Staines train station.
