As a collections officer you will be required to call customers whose accounts are in arrears, establish the reason for the arrears and work with them to agree a suitable course of action. The successful candidate will also handle a high volume of incoming calls, maximise payments, issue warrants and update customer records.

Previous experience of working in a call centre/ customer service environment is essential. Experience of handling pressurised phone collections is desirable.
