Job Description
Our client is a global company that specialises in the development of advanced composite materials for several commercial industries around the world.
At the moment our client is seeking a professional multilingual Customer Service Representative to join their international team at their office located near to the city of Cambridge, England.
The responsibilities of the role include:
* Help manage customer accounts
* Processing orders and queries through internal departments and handling complaint issues.
*Develop an understanding of customer’s products and needs as well as becoming very familiar with the companies technical range of prepregs, adhesives, honeycomb and panels.
* To become conversant with the companies Manufacturing and Order Entry system. Full technical training is available and all new employees will follow a detailed training plan.
Skills required:
* Candidate must be multilingual - ideally fluent French, Dutch and English speakers, however combinations with English, French, Dutch and the German, Spanish and Italian languages would also be considered.
* Candidate must have a strong Customer Services background (business to business is preferable) with atleast 3 years of experience.
* Candidate must have experience in dealing with key accounts, processing orders and complaint handling.
* Candidate must have a professional telephone manner and must be able to work under pressure.
* Candidates must be able to work well in a team and individually.
* Knowledge of freight and export documentation is an advantage.
* We are seeking candidates who want to stayand develop within a professional working environment.
*Candidates should be willing to move to the UK (relocation assistance will be provided).
