Job title: French, German or Italian speaking Credit Controller, temp for c3 months to go permanent
Skills: Fluent French, German or Italian, ideally with Credit Control experience.
Salary: £22,000 + £2-4,000 commission
Location: Bracknell


Objective of your role:

- To ensure all customer receipts are received within stated Terms and Conditions.
- Debtor days are kept at a specified level as stated by Financial Controller.

Your duties:

- Liaising with your specified customer base
- Send chasing letters up to letter 3
- Purchase Order number chasing
- Initiate Journals for required customer account adjustments
- Record banking transactions for specified section of daily payable transactions
- Sort and distribute Credit Control Team’s daily post by rota
- Send copy invoices
- Standing Order Mandates
- Customer refunds
- Review with Credit Control Supervisor all credit balances within specific customer base to obtain reason for credit (i.e. identify if duplicate payment or invoice required to be raised)
- Share rota for monthly statement runs

Your Skills:

- Excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to deal with difficult customers combined with a focus on good customer care.
- Must be able to cope under pressure and with high volume of workload.
Computer literate.
