INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER fluent in business French and German
Based in East Grinstead
£21k basic (rising to £22k) + £13k OTE + generous benefits

The Bankers Almanac portfolio of products and services will account for over £15m revenue in 2008, over £10m of which will be through subscription sales to our electronic products, notably BANKERSalmanac.com, which will see over £1m growth for the 7th year running.
We are looking for a self motivated, target driven individual to join the International Account Management team. Reporting to the Information Sales Manager, the role involves managing and growing existing accounts for electronic products.
Based from our offices in East Grinstead, this role will involve making professional presentations over the telephone. There will be a requirement for international travel as required for face-to-face sales and attendance at industry conferences and exhibitions.
Key responsibilities
To achieve agreed sales targets as set by the Sales Manager
To identify markets where greater sales penetration can be achieved and report on development opportunities for renewal growth
To develop existing business by selling different opportunities for the aligned products
To carry out the planning and execution of sales and e-mail campaigns to maximise revenue generation
To keep abreast of market changes to enhance understanding
To attend conferences and exhibitions as required
Skills and experience:
A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable
Proven telesales experience is essential, preferably international
Direct sales experience would be an advantage
Fluency in English, French and German is essential
Extremely well organised and able to manage own time
Self-motivation and drive to achieve targets
Great negotiation and communication skills
Good level of IT literacy
