Customer Service Associates – French and German
viagogo is looking for two French and German speaking Customer Service Associates to provide outstanding customer support by phone and email. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to participate in an early stage, fully funded sports and entertainment venture with a proven, successful business model. It is an ideal position for fresh graduates starting their career or for Customer Service professionals who want hands on experience with the opportunity for growth within the organization.
The CS Associates will act as the “customer champion” and will be responsible for a wide range of actions from taking phone orders to creatively solving problems for customers. The successful candidate will need a bias for action, proven people skills and the ability to excel in a high pressure environment.
Responsibilities:
• Providing exceptional customer support via phone and email.
• Assisting customers in using our company website and place phone orders
• Answering customer inquiries and providing troubleshooting
• Working with customers to ensure timely and successful completion of all transactions
• Participating in the design of new CS policies and operational processes
Essential Skills:
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in German or French
• Highly computer literate and proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet
• Strong track record of problem solving
• Interest in sports and entertainment
