Role
Customer Care Account Executive with fluent Dutch, French or German
Based South of London, in the Gatwick area, the Customer Care Account Executive fluent Dutch, French or German will be responsible for providing a quick and efficient front-line response to major customers, distributors and other branches worldwide.
Essentially duties of the Customer Care Account Executive will include dealing with support requests, technical enquiries, price quotations, processing and progressing orders in Dutch, French or German – while always focusing on your Dutch, French or German customers.
Profile
.Fluency in both verbal and written English and Dutch/German/French
.Experience in an Engineer or Technical environment.
.Good experience in a sales or service orientated environment is vital
.Good knowledge of office systems, word/excel (SAP – training will be given) and procedures
.Excellent manner to communicate via email and telephone
.A pro-active approach, enthusiasm, accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
