Role
Customer Services Agent with French
As a French speaking outbound sales agent your role will be to provide excellent customer service skills to the companies' customers in French speaking parts of the world, notably Canada. Part of your role would be to help new customers get involved with the online games, verifying their customer identity, ensuring they have full and easy access to the games, increasing their enjoyment and gaming experience. Any problems encountered by the French speaking customers will be yours to deal with or escalate. We need someone with excellent customer services skills, who enjoys the pleasure of sorting out difficulties, answering queries and who takes pride in seeing a customer happy at the end of the day. You will be a real ambassador for the company: as a French outbound sales agent, you are instrumental in the companies' growth and reputation in the market. 6 months experience in sales or customer services are required for this role. Being positive, well spoken, having a real interest in the online world of business and having an interest in sports are essential traits we are looking for – if this is you, you'll enjoy this role a lot.
