Starting Salaries £12,300 rising after 13 weeks.
OTE 37 - 42 hr week, Monday –Friday (day-shift)

On-going opportunities exist within the award winning multilingual customer fulfilment centre @ IBM Greenock.
This centre provides support for both customers and business partners in all European languages, through expertise and professionalism of a truly multinational team.

We require applications from candidates who are fluent Swedish or any other Nordic language (written and spoken) as well as English. Applicants will have microsoft office skills plus a basic knowledge of purchasing principles.
SAP or some exposure in accounts, order entry or administration environment would be desirable though not essential.

Previous experience of working with customers or in a contact centre would be a distinct advantage, as well as good communication and listening skills backed with a confident, professional telephone manner.
