Job Description
Working for a large international manufacturing company based in Basingstoke this role will be working within the European Customer service team and will be responsible for:
Handling incoming customer enquiries
Processing customer orders
Updating client details
Organising the return of faulty equipment
Raising credit notes
Resolving queries
Advising on stock availability
Skills / Experience
Must speak fluent Spanish, Portuguese & English
Excellent customer service skills
Team focused
Good knowledge of MS word and excel
Stable working background
