Corinium Language Associates is a company that provides language services to other businesses, specialising in multilingual recruitment. We work with clients from a wide range of industries located throughout the country.

We are currently seeking a Production Editor, on behalf of our client within the publishing sector in Gloucestershire, with fluency in either French, Spanish or German (ideally French plus either German or Spanish).

You will be managing the pre-press stages of production through to delivery of final phase, ready for manufacture. This will include managing external suppliers to design, edit and typeset manuscripts, artwork, photographs as well as liasing with in-house designers, manufacturing staff and design preparation, to meet delivery requirements.

The ideal candidate would have proven experience of editorial, publishing and production processes, preferably in the field of book production or similar. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, be able to work in a pressurised environment and on your own initiative as well as part of a team, be adaptable to changing situations and have acute attention to detail.
Fluency in French, Spanish or German is essential.
