Your first year earnings are expected to be £40-50k OTE and in year 2 £60-80k OTE.

This is a purely new business role based in the UK with regular travel to the Netherlands. You will be expected to generate your own leads and close your own deals. You will have the support of a client services team who will handle all of your clients and keep them happy for a year until you renew them (our renewal rate is 97%). We don't insist on any specific background or qualifications, we don't care how old you are, where you're from or what you do at the weekend. As long as you can sell and are able to demonstrate that you can consistently hit target we will train you in everything you need to know to become a success. This role will certainly suit ex-recruitment consultants (we have several on the team already) as well as anyone with a background in phone and field based sales.
