THE ROLE in a nutshell :

Essentially a fast-track graduate programme to give a clear overview of the business before transferring into a particular area of focus.

During the initial training period the graduates are required to complete the Securities and Investment Institutes Certificate in Investments (Derivatives) which is necessary in order to become registered by the FSA.

REQUIREMENTS

1)Fluency in Portuguese, Mandarin or Russian
2)Business associated degree (2.1) or equivalent
3)Able to use own initiative
4)Communication skills
5)Demonstrates an interest in financial services industry (through an internship or previous work experience)
6)Literate with all Microsoft office packages
