Job Description
Job Title: Mandarin and Cantonese speaking Credit Card Clerk
Skills: Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese, credit card experience
Salary: £16,000-£18,000
Location: Central London
Job Purpose
Responsible for delivering the administrative function and maintaining card accounts within the Card Centre of the Banking Department
Main responsibilities
· Response to all card enquires via telephone or written means
· Produce daily card settlement reports.
· Produce daily account vouchers related to cards operation.
· Card production.
· Card accounts maintenance.
· Monitoring cardholders repayment records including credit control
· Follow up Fraudguard Alerts and confirm with cardholders
· Print and dispatch statements.
· First assessment of new card applications
· Report writing
· Provide clerical support duties, such as, filing, data input and ad hoc projects
Experience
· Proven track record in similar department/business stream
· Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
· Relevant qualification or experience within card industry
