Job Title: Japanese speaking Vice President, Credit Analyst, Finance/Banking
Job Location: London, City

Overall Purpose:
-To conduct the review and examination of credits in respect of credit transactions, such as Project Finance, Securitisation and Aviation Lease Finance


Responsibilities:
-Prepare internal memos/presentations for the credit sanctioners with recommending the credit decision
-Review existing transactions periodically and prepare recommendation of internal credit rating to be renewed
-Attend business screen meetings for front offices and provide provisional risk comments on the potential transactions
-Coordinate the credit process of transactions assigned, communicating with applicant offices and Head Office in Tokyo
-Provide guidance and instruction to the front offices for better risk indentification, analysis, assessment and presentation
-Supervise junior members of the team
-Assist the Chief Manager in planning and administraton, such as internal / external inspections, reporting to Head Office and improvement of the credit process

Requirements:

-In depth work experience of securitisation essential
-Fluency in Japanese language
-Experience in a structured finance area
-Previous experience working within a credit department

Skills & Knowledge

-Credit analysis and risk assessment skills essential
-Degree level education, or equivalent
-Analytical, organised and a good team player
-Efficient and self disciplined
-Advanced level of Word and Excel
