Job Description
The company
An international Service Quality Management company requires a canditates who can speak Dutch, Danish or German Language Skills with good telephone manner.
Your role
Your will assess the opinions of customers with regard to recent service levels and support experiences provided to them by our multinational clients and their service partners. You will also be required to translate the customer's comments into English.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will speak Dutch, Danish or German and will enjoy talking to people on the phone, will possess good communication skills with a minimum of 30 words per minute typing speed. You will have a professional approach and give attention to detail. You will be able to multi-task and to manage alone with remote support, as the role involve WORKING FROM HOME.
You must have a continual access to a PC with a Broadband connexion and a fixe telephone line.
Hours:
German: 35 hours per week
Czech: 10 to 15 hours per week (additional Slovanian would be an advantage)
Romanian:5 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 08.00 to 16.00 (part-time hours will vary within these hours)
