Corinium Language Associates is a language services company providing multilingual recruitment, business language tuition, translation and interpretation services on behalf of our client base.

Due to expansion, we are currently seeking a number of fluent French speakers on behalf of our client within the Insurance/Assurance field, in Bristol.

Your main duties will be within the Customer Service Department. You will be the primary contact for the French customer base, handling claims, arranging for repair or replacement of items as necessary, answering calls and general office administration. You will also be dealing with UK calls when the French desk is not so busy.

You must have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and possess good knowledge and use of Word.
This is a permanent position within a small and friendly team, to start as soon as possible. Full training will be given.

Salary guideline: Starting salary £17.300 rising to £18,435 after relevant training and competence with the potential of circa £20.5k within your first two years of service. An excellent range of benefits will also be on offer, after an initial qualifying period.
