Client Account Manager with German - 3-4 MONTH CONTRACT

£16-17 per hour

THE COMPANY

Wit a history of over 150 years my client is a global provider of financial market intelligence. It provides credit ratings, indices, investment research, risk evaluation and data to financial decision-makers. It now requires and experienced Client Account Manager with German.

THE ROLE

As Client Account Manager with German you will be responsible for supporting a group of German clients/ accounts for the products within The Fund Management Ratings division. The primary objective is to prevent cancellations and to develop positive relationships with clients. By delivering excellent customer service to the client base they will create opportunities for sales people to increase revenue.

DUTIES

-Building and maintaining effective professional relationships with clients, usually the investment communications teams within fund managers.
-Advising management groups about existing products and service
-Assume ownership of all client issues and do whatever necessary to resolve to the client's satisfaction, responding timely and accurately.
-Minimisation of cancellations through proactive contact of clients
-Collaborating with the sales team in order to deliver business objectives and maximise performance.
-Acting in collaboration with the analytical teams to grow revenues with the account base while protecting the integrity and value of the brand
-Sales/contract processing: contract creation. Sales order entry and progression to fulfilment. Administer and process renewals.
-Create and complete a timely and accurate log of all relevant activities/opportunities for you and on behalf of the Sales team in CRM database.
-Prepare timely and accurate client/account activity summaries and sales forecasts for management.

REQUIREMENTS

-German speaker.
-Experience in an account management and or sales/marketing role within Financial Services industry.
-Available immediately.
