We may be the world's leading betting and gaming company, but how does that translate into a good deal for our employees? Well for a start, we have more than 2,000 high-street shops in the UK (and the largest betting shop estate in the World), as well as betting, gaming and poker sites in 13 different languages and a thriving telebetting division. So the variety of roles we have on offer is pretty much unrivalled, including positions as diverse as Marketing, HR and Property Managers, bilingual Internet Operators, broadcast teams, shop staff and Call Centre Operators. With shops that open up to 13 hours a day, seven days a week in the summer and a Call Centre that springs into action for 16 hours a day, we have shift patterns to suit all lifestyles too.

Do I need to be mad about sport?
We take bets on all sorts of things – from reality TV programmes and music, to weather and politics. And we're growing all the time, with eGaming, poker sites and online casinos, so we're really looking for a wide range of interests. But of course, if you are a sports enthusiast, it certainly won't hurt!

Do I have to know all about betting?
For those jobs that require betting knowledge we provide comprehensive, award-winning training. Most staff who need such knowledge had never worked in betting before joining Ladbrokes. If you need prior experience for a role, we'll make it clear.

Do you have any age restrictions? We're a regulated industry, so unfortunately can't employ anyone under the age of 18 to take bets. But at the other end of the scale, we operate a flexible retirement policy, so you can carry on working as long as you'd like.
