3. Tele-sales: Developing sales through a proactive approach; aimed at increasing the value of its clients customers
4. Tele-Collections via TDIS, a company fully compliant with the requirements of Law 3758/2009, totally owned / managed by Teleperformance Greece.
Over the last years, Teleperformance Greece scores an average of 90% + in both its clients and its employees satisfaction surveys, with an record low of 0.9% monthly personnel attrition for 3 consecutive years.
