Established in 1989, Teleperformance Greece is Greece’s first and currently largest contact center outsourcing provider with more than 60% market share. Teleperformance Greece operates out of 2 different call centers in Athens and 1 in Albania with a combined 2.700 workstation capacity and more than 2.400 employees. The company operates through 4 major production units:
1.             Customer Care & Facilities Management: Servicing its clients’ customers, providing support - while increasing loyalty - in house and/or at the clients’ premises
2.             Technical support: Providing efficient support to facilitate product consumption or usage, and increasing customer satisfaction
3.             Tele-sales: Developing sales through a proactive approach; aimed at increasing the value of its clients customers
4.             Tele-Collections via TDIS, a company fully compliant with the requirements of Law 3758/2009, totally owned / managed by Teleperformance Greece.

Over the last years, Teleperformance Greece scores an average of 90% + in both its clients and its employees satisfaction surveys, with an record low of 0.9% monthly personnel attrition for 3 consecutive years.
