Our UK Head Office and Distribution Centre is based in Calverton, just outside the city centre of Nottingham. It’s here where our finance, marketing, buying, HR and other teams support our UK showrooms, field teams and 90 Retail locations. Calverton is also home to a multi-lingual team of 100 Credit Controllers, which will soon be increasing to 150, directly supporting our European customers.
With continued growth and success we are expanding our Customer Service Centre of excellence and have recently opened a new office at The Curve on NG2 Business Park, right in the centre of Nottingham. Here, our team of 100 multi-lingual Customer Service Representatives support both direct consumers buying online and wholesale customers right across Europe. We regularly recruit the following language skills: German, Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Flemish and Portuguese. Due to our continuing growth we are expanding this team to be 200 strong by the end of the year.
