Do I need to be mad about sport?
We take bets on all sorts of things – from reality TV programmes and music, to weather and politics. And we're growing all the time, with eGaming, poker sites and online casinos, so we're really looking for a wide range of interests. But of course, if you are a sports enthusiast, it certainly won't hurt!
Do I have to know all about betting?
For those jobs that require betting knowledge we provide comprehensive, award-winning training. Most staff who need such knowledge had never worked in betting before joining Ladbrokes. If you need prior experience for a role, we'll make it clear.
Do you have any age restrictions? We're a regulated industry, so unfortunately can't employ anyone under the age of 18 to take bets. But at the other end of the scale, we operate a flexible retirement policy, so you can carry on working as long as you'd like.
