Quanta Consultancy Services are a Resource Management Company with many years' experience providing what have been our core activities of Contract and Permanent Recruitment.

Established since 1992, historically we have built our reputation and expertise in predominantly supplying IT staff to the Finance and Telecommunications sectors of the recruitment industry. Since the Millennium year we have significantly widened our scope of services to include other industry sectors. These include Engineering, Insurance and Sales recruitment where we have demonstrated that our proven methods and processes continue to deliver the service that a Client deserves.

In addition to our core recruitment activities we have developed a range of 'Value Added' services that have been proven to assist Clients in a variety of ways. These have for example included Change Management and Knowledge Transfer programs, Cost Reduction programs and Resource Optimisation schemes. All of these services are offered within our QuantaSensus® suite of programmes.
